ECR Ireland is committed to the implementation of ECR by Irish companies. It encourages long-term co-operation between trading partners throughout the food and grocery supply chain to provide education & guidance on key issues. All ECR initiatives operate under a system of co-chairs (one retailer and one supplier). It is a non-profit organisation.

Ciaran Sullivan Nestle Ireland
Ciaran Sullivan is Managing Director of Nestle Ireland (Ltd). Ciaran joined Nestle in 2001 and has held position of Commercial Director before taking over his present role in 2003. Before joining Nestle, Ciaran has held management positions with Kerry Group, Coca Cola, C&C (Ire) and Punch Industries (Ire). Ciaran was appointed to the ECR board in 2004. Ciaran holds a BAgSc from UCD and is an affiliate of the ACCA.
Tony Keohane Tesco Ireland
Tony Keohane is CEO of Tesco Ireland. Tony joined the Board of Tesco in 1997, as Operations Support Office Director, following the acquisition of Quinnsworth. During this transitional period he was very much at the centre of change management playing a leading role in the integration of Tesco into Ireland and the development of the Tesco Ireland business since then. Previously he was Operations Director for Quinnsworth. Tony has extensive retailing experience, both in Ireland and the U.K., where he was a Retail Director in Tesco U.K. Tony is a Board Member of Repak and ECR Ireland.
Declan Carolan ECR Ireland
Declan Carolan is General Manager of ECR Ireland having joined ECR in December 2005. Previously, Declan was Supply Chain Manager for Superquinn where he was responsible for centralising Superquinn's distribution, the introduction of Stock Control, automatic forecasting & EDI into the company and for all product availability & supply chain operations. Declan holds a BSC(Mgmt) from Trinity College, Dublin and an MBA in Retailing & Wholesaling from Stirling University, Scotland.
